Responsibilities:

• Maintain assigned key accounts and establish strong, long-term client relationships
• Respond to specific queries in a timely and effective manner
• Prepare competitive quotations and tailor innovative recommendations/solutions to the clients' needs
• Communicate with major clients on a regular basis to monitor their expectations and satisfaction
• Identifying new business opportunities and contacting prospective clients to promote the company’s products and services
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue flows from the allocated accounts
• Establishing efficient communication channels and liaise between key clients and internal departments to increase sales

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in relevant/related fields
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Strategic Accounts Manager, Key Accounts Manager or similar
• At least 2-5 Year(s) of B2B sales experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry or relevant/related industries
• Good command of the English language and the individual’s Mother Tongue
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
• Admirable organizational and time management skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities with a problem-solving attitude

We are seeking a careful and organised tech savvy individual who would be the bridge between the sales and logisitics department, being the administrative coordinator assisting the supply chain flow operations of the company

Our ideal candidate should ensure proper administrative duties, including providing the sales and logistics teams the required documents they need, as well as assisting with the selection and assessment of forwarders & transportation providers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle correspondence, prepare reports and documents.
• Answering customers’ calls, following up their requests and directing them to relevant staff for follow-up action.

Responsibilities:

• To follow directions and plans which are given by the QA Officer-in-Charge on day-to-day duties.

• To conduct receiving, in-process quality control, and outgoing quality inspection check.

• To do the job which has been given by following inspection instructions and procedures.

• Perform first piece and first article inspections.

• Prepare and review Work Instructions and Inspection Plan.

• Update new specifications and flow chart.

• Prepare standard sample, reject limit sample & wave check standard sample.

• Non-conformance issues shall be reviewed by the QA Officer-in-Charge.

• Follow-up with suppliers for non-conformance issues.

• Handles and monitors customers’ complaints on product quality and take corrective action or report to QA Officer-in-Charge.

• Collects and compiles product specifications, manufacturers’ quality standards, drawings, and related literature for general reference in the company.

• Recommend corrective and preventive action for quality assurance problems highlighted in corrective and preventive action reports.

• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.

• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

• Check the quality standard online, report defective, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are carried out.

Requirements:

• Education: The Individual should at least possess tertiary level education.

• Experience: Having prior experience in the Quality Control industry or its related activities would be trained.

• Training: Should have been trained in Total Quality Management, ISO 9000 system, and Internal Auditor course. Special skills in the use of Inspection, Measuring, and Test equipment.
